Health Educator

Designs for Health is excited to announce that we are looking for entrepreneurial sales professionals with a passion for nutrition. Our sales professionals (Health Educators) call on Medical Doctors, Chiropractors, Naturopathic Doctors, and other Integrative Health Professionals on the effective use of our therapeutic nutritional formulas. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Responsible for the training and overall performance of Encapsulation Techs.
  • Responsible for maintenance of Encapsulation equipment.
  • Follows SOPs
  • Operates numerous power and hand tools
  • Follows GMP standards and safety requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Three years or greater Encapsulation experience
  • High School diploma plus specific trade school or on the job training preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Responsible for overall interior and exterior of facility, Including maintaining HVAC, temperature control, dust collection system, and air compressors.
  • Responsible for maintenance of all equipment within manufacturing and the preventative maintenance program for equipment.
  • Responsible for parts ordering and inventory maintenance.
  • Maintains monthly, weekly, and daily Preventative Maintenance (PM) logs.
  • Follows SOPs.
  • Coordinates schedules and quotes with outside vendors.
  • Operates numerous power and hand tools.
  • Follows GMP standards and safety requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Five years or greater facility maintenance experience.
  • Prior Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • High School diploma plus specific trade school or on the job training preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • PLC and Electronic experience a plus.
  • HVAC experience a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted.
