Health Educator

Database Administrator

The NetSuite database administrator position will be responsible for Designs for Health’s main ERP. Configuration, development, and continued data maintenance task are all part of the job responsibilities. You will maintain the NetSuite application and other related 3rd party business applications for internal users. Additional job functions will include supporting end user requests and training for tasks such as new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards, and maintain proper system access for user roles.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Oversee reporting, data management, updates, process improvements.

  • Work with various departments to develop saved searches and reports.
  • Develop & provide training materials for new NetSuite users as well as training the staff on new and existing features in NetSuite.
  • Submitting cases to netsuite for defects
  • Create all new fields and custom records in Netsuite.
  • Maintain a consistent policy for how data is stored inside Netsuite
  • Research current and potential resources and services

2. Set up accounts, custom roles, and user permissions.

  • Train staff on new technologies and features.
  • Provide individual training and support on request
  • Create custom roles and maintain current roles.
  • Adjusting permissions per role to meet business requirements.
  • Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status

3. Data Cleanup

  • Inactivate old fields inside of Netsuite and consolidate this data to new fields.
  • Heavily utilize exports/imports in netsuite to manipulate data
  • Train relevant users on new processes related to where data is stored.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Microsoft, Linux and OSX; desktops, laptops and peripherals.
  • SQL
  • Maintaining an ERP system
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies

Inside Sales Representative

Plays a key role in sales generation and customer development for nutritional supplement products through telesales activities and other complementary value-added services. Drives new business growth within their assigned sales territories by identifying, developing and converting targeted opportunities to sales wins while meeting and exceeding the desired customer experience. Interacts effectively with Health Care Professionals (HCP) and other designated decision makers by implementing sales and marketing strategies in a cost effective, targeted manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Partners with the Director, Customer Experience, the Regional Sales Directors and the Vice President, Sales (U.S.) to support and drive regional sales territories to meet and exceed sales quotas and other goals and objectives, as may be assigned.
  • Covers vacant and unassigned sales territories and collaborates with regional sales personnel to achieve sales productivity gains through improved acquisition, growth and customer retention.
  • Qualifies and nurtures sales leads (from digital marketing campaigns, conferences, trade shows, etc.) by contacting potential and existing customers to define and clarify sales opportunities; reports and maintains the customer data in the Customer Relations Management (CRM) database.
  • Drives revenues by engaging in regional sales activities including processing new sales leads, executing inbound and outbound phone calls and effectively responding to customer inquiries, requests and complaints.
  • Maintains records of all customer interactions, business transactions and sales process input in the CRM database; provides content direction for future sales call planning across the integrated "One DFH" customer team.
  • Meets and exceeds monthly and quarterly sales and productivity objectives including, but not limited to, call and order volume, revenue targets, sales and unit growth and other performance metrics that may be assigned.
  • Develops and demonstrates the knowledge and proficiency required for successful sales performance by participating in training and other educational workshops and by studying relevant Company and industry publications.
  • Displays initiative and commitment, successfully completes projects and assignments in a timely manner, identifies critical sales activities and tasks and adjusts priorities to meet the Company's goals and objectives.
  • Participates in sales meetings, conferences, trade shows and other professional sessions, as requested.
  • Complies with Company policies, procedures and all applicable regulations.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree (ideally a Nutritionist or other credentialed HCP) with 2+ years of successful inside/outside sales experience, preferably in the nutritional, pharmaceutical and/or medical products/devices industry.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and customer-focused orientation.
  • Successful experience in telesales prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to learn, apply and retain product specific information and ISR role competencies/skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) and CRM database (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce).
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.

Director of Human Resources

DFH has an immediate opening for a full-time Director of Human Resources for its Suffield, CT location. The Human Resource Director will report to the General Counsel.

LOCATION Palm Coast, FL

Human Resources Director Primary Duties:

  • Oversee the human resources functions of Company and its affiliated locations and human resource staff.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal, State and Local legislation pertaining to all personnel matters, including consulting with legal counsel, when appropriate.
  • Develop and standardize HR procedures and documentation, including employee handbooks (subject to local requirements), job descriptions, etc.
  • Make recommendations and communicate changes in Company personnel policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee benefit, reward and recognition, and retention programs.
  • Act as Policy Coordinator for drug testing program; manage and implement program at affiliated locations, as necessary.
  • Identify and make recommendations regarding staffing needs.
  • Recruit for open and new positions, including screening candidates and coordinating the hiring process.
