John Peldyak received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University in 1980. Since then, he has been in private practice dentistry, and also works with the Mobile Dentists in-school program. As a member of the University of Michigan research group (1986-1992), Dr. Peldyak investigated the use of sucrose substitutes for caries prevention. He is also a cofounder of the Academy of Dental Resources, which is known for their innovative dental prevention and continuing education programs. Dr. Peldyak is the author of Sweet Smart (Alternative Sweeteners), Advanced Developments, Inc., 1996. |
