As an added benefit, the HICFA is completely interactive; every field can be manipulated before printing. Key patient, practice, and practitioner information is preloaded onto the HICFA, and CPT and ICD-9 codes are automatically transferred from the Superbill. At the end of the visit, your patient receives a complete Superbill and HICFA which can then be sent to their insurance company, or submitted to your patient's insurance company by the practice.
