What is L‑alpha‑glycerylphosphorylcholine or GPC?

GPC is a rich source of choline, a nutrient the body uses to support brain health, mood, and energy production.* Choline helps build healthy cell membranes and is needed to make acetylcholine, a chemical messenger involved in thinking, muscle movement, and normal digestive activity.* Because the body makes only small amounts of choline and many people do not get enough from food alone, supplemental GPC can help support overall brain and cellular health.*
