Recommended Use: Take 1 capsule per day or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Warning: This product should not be used to replace any anti-depressant medication, including prescription forms of lithium, unless used under the direction of a qualified health-care practitioner. Lithium Synergy™ should not be used by individuals with significant renal or cardiovascular diseases, severe debilitation, dehydration, or sodium depletion, or by individuals who are taking diuretics or angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. Consult your doctor before use if you are taking anti-hypertensive drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs, analgesic drugs, or insulin. Lithium should not be used by pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. Serum lithium levels should be monitored by a qualified health-care provider during use.
