45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Designs for Health, Inc., we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product* you purchased from Designs for Health (DFH) or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a replacement or refund product within 45 days of the date of purchase (the “Satisfaction Guarantee”).
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet websites or marketplace sellers on Amazon or other marketplace sites. The Satisfaction Guarantee is also limited to original, consumer end-users in the United States.

How To Claim The Guarantee

To submit a Satisfaction Guarantee request, please contact us at (860) 623-6314 or support@designsforhealth.com and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product to us, or provide other information to assist us in processing your request. Any refunds issued under the Satisfaction Guarantee will exclude shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
You must submit your Satisfaction Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of original purchase. Please note that you may be responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

Guarantee Guidelines

We reserve the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase and photos of the product, and to deny Satisfaction Guarantee requests in our discretion in cases of suspected fraud if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller, or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused the Satisfaction Guarantee. We may amend or terminate the Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
