3. Counter-Notifications

If you believe content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent that includes:

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

DFH will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

5. Good Faith Compliance

We will respond promptly to valid DMCA notices and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material while we investigate.
