Rachael Yates has been with Designs for Health since 2018 and currently serves as General Counsel & Secretary, leading legal strategy, M&A, litigation, corporate governance, and enterprise risk. Since 2018, she has held various leadership roles at the company, including Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Enterprise Strategy, and Deputy General Counsel. Rachael has a strong background in FDA and product regulatory matters, advertising and marketing claims, complex commercial contracting, privacy and data governance, and brand-critical issues at the intersection of growth and compliance. Rachael designs and oversees the company’s compliance and ethics programs, establishing clear standards, training, and controls that scale with the business. A seasoned in-house counsel and strategic adviser, she has supported Fortune 500, Russell 2000, and private family-owned and PE-backed companies. Known as a pragmatic, trusted business partner, Rachael pairs legal rigor with operational execution—leading process improvements and legal-technology implementations that increase speed, transparency, and control while safeguarding financial results and business stakeholders.
