Cristiana Paul is a product development consultant for Designs for Health. Cristiana is relied upon for her contributions to the design and continuous improvement of Designs for Health nutritional supplements, Sitomedica medical foods and support for clinical questions. She provides extensive research reviews for nutritional supplement tech sheets and scientific dossiers for medical foods.

She holds a Masters in Nutrition Science from Cal Poly Pomona in California, and has 17 years of experience in nutrition research and clinical practice. She is a contributor to the 2012 edition of Textbook of Natural Medicine (edited by Joseph Pizzorno). She has written the chapter review on Vitamin K and all of its three forms: K1, K2 and K3 and contributed to the chapter review on Fish oils
