Osteo Tri-K™ is Designs for Health’s most advanced vitamin K2 formula, targeting bone health with clinically studied ingredients. It features 45 mg of vitamin K2 (as MK-4), the research-backed amount shown to promote bone strength, arterial health, and help support the normal bone remodeling process in women and men — a process that can be adversely affected by hormones and aging, such as during menopause and andropause.*

The formula also includes 1,000 mcg of vitamin K1 (phytonadione) and 30 mg of trans-geranylgeraniol (as GG-Gold®). There are two forms of vitamin K essential for health: vitamin K1, primarily found in dark leafy greens, and vitamin K2 (as MK-4), found only in animal-based, nose-to-tail foods like grass-fed butter and meats, full-fat cheeses, and pastured eggs. MK-4 is the preferred and most abundant form of vitamin K2 in humans.
